About GP Salads
GP Salads Ltd began trading in 2008. Barrie Brooks and Phil Wheeler joined with Directors of George Perry Ltd; Paul and Mark Tate to form GP Salads Ltd. This created successful amalgamation of like minded people.
After the retirement of Phil, Barrie and Darran, James Fitchett was bought in to freshen things up, bringing his tech knowledge, passion for the salad industry and sales abilities to re-launch GP Salads into the leading salad company in the Midlands. Nurturing the experience and youth of his sales team, Kevin, Peter and John, they are now increasing their customer base on a daily occurrence.
Since our move to the new purpose market premises in 2017, to serve the caterers as well as all other retail outlets. We have had a year on year increase since starting and look forward to continuing this progress.
We specialise in high quality and diverse salad products, and source from Local farms in the vale of Evesham and Stafford to the far reaches of Thailand and Kenya for the more exotic things. Not only do we aim to supply the finest quality produce but we aim to offer a full service that's second to none.
